Please join us to learn about the various organic soil
amendments that you should be adding to your garden. Learn how to build healthy
soil that will benefit your berries, veggies and ornamentals. Jennifer Carlson will discuss the wide
variety of amendments and when and how often they should be applied.
Classes are $30 each and include a $5 donation to Seattle Tilth and a $5 credit toward purchases at Portage Bay Grange!

Parking Information
We understand that parking at PBG can be frustrating. In addition to utilizing the small lot on site, we had the city create the loading zone on Roosevelt in front of the store last year. And we have now secured the parking space to the right of our parking lot on the other side of the fence in the Campus Cleaner's lot. Very soon, we will also have the second spot next to the fence available for our customers. Please understand that parking is a sensitive issue for all of the merchants in the neighborhood. Only park in the Campus Cleaner's lot in the designated PBG spaces; signs are on the way.
Thank you for your help and understanding. We are, after all, an urban farm supply store!
